You will only be charged if you do not show up for your reservation. When you book, a temporary hold is placed on your card based on the number of guests. If you attend your reservation, this held amount will be automatically released by Stripe within 7 business days after your booking date. If your card has a zero balance, Stripe might put it into overdraft for 7 days, also you get an email to complete your booking with another card if the first card is declined to prevent double bookings, but there is no actual charge if you show up. Please note, the funds are held and released by Stripe, not by Soul Vegan, so we ask for your patience as Stripe completes their process. For example, if your reservation is on the 1st of the month and you attend, the hold will be released by the 8th.
